A pretrial hearing was held in federal court on Wednesday in the copyright lawsuit over who owns the beloved Saints slogan, “Who Dat?”

Josh Harvey, owner of the Storyville T-shirt shop, took time away from his store to spend several hours in court. His shop and others are part of the lawsuit that has many local businesses in legal limbo until a final decision is made.
